Pancake with smoked fish and vegetables.

A sophisticated appetizer for the most delicate palate: made with zucchini, potatoes, feta and yellow cheese.

Chicken fingers with processed cheese and cream, served with risotto with peas, green beans and carrots.

Larded pork roasted with wine, served with delicious creamy au gretin potatoes with green spices.

OPTION 1PRICE:  22 BGN.  / Lunch /

 

  1. Yogurt soup.
  2. For vegetarians : small earthenware dish – feta and yellow cheese, tomato, and egg and spices.
  3. Chicken steak, served with cabbage and carrot salad.

4.A glass of white or red wine, at the client’s option.

  1. Dessert – ice-cream sundae with forest berries.
  2. Bread and mineral water.

 

OPTION  2     PRICE: 25 BGN.  / Lunch /

 

  1. ‘The Old Plovdiv’ salad – a ball of yogurt salad, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, olives.
  2. Wine kebab, served with risotto.
  3. A glass of white or red wine, at the client’s option.
  4. Dessert – an assortment of seasonal fruit
  5. Braed and mineral water

 

OPTION  3        PRICE:  22 BGN    / Dinner /

 

1) Starter: Rodopi pastry with rice and cheese, or spinach and cheese.

2) Main coures on platters :

– Chicken scallop

– Pork steak

– Sausages.

On the side: Potatoes with rosemary, cooked in the oven.

At the client’s option, the main course could be meat moussaka or stuffed peppers.

* For vegetarians : Mushrooms stuffed with yellow cheese, feta and egg; broccoli with processed cheese and egg; broccoli with processed cheese and cream; potatoes with rosemary cooked in the oven.

3) A glass of white or red wine, at the client’s option.

Platters of dairy and meat delis:

– Lukanka, srloin deli, feta and yellow cheese.

OPTION 4     PRICE:  30 BGN.  / Dinner /

 

  1. “Bulgaria salad” – tomatoes, cucumber, roast peppers, a slice of cheese and olives.

50 ml of brandy /rakia/

  1. Pork quarter kavarma, cooked with mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes and seasoning.
  2. A glass of white or red wine, at the client’s option.
  3. Dessert – home-made dessert.
  4. Bread and mineral water.
